Fees

My out-of-pocket fee is $180 per session.

We can meet weekly or every other week.

Insurance

If you are paying out-of-pocket, you will be given a superbill to turn in to your insurance company. The superbill contains all of the information that your insurance company will need to issue a reimbursement. Your benefits and deductible, as well as which services may be eligible for reimbursement, will depend on your insurance plan.

Please check with your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health therapy, specifically teletherapy.

If you have been referred through Alma or your EAP, Alma will handle all billing and insurance matters. Please contact Alma Customer Support directly if you have any questions.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the beginning of every session.

When scheduling your first session, you will be charged the full fee to hold your slot. Demand for therapy is very high. This policy helps me ensure I'm holding appointments for people committed to meeting with me.

If you need to reschedule your first session, please contact me 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your first appointment once. There are no refunds for this charge.

You will be charged the full session fee if you miss any appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.

The cancellation and no-show policies also apply to anyone refered through Alma.  My office will charge the credit card you leave on file any late cancellation or missed session fees. These fees are not paid or reimbursed by your insurance company or Alma.

Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance.

You will be charged the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If you need to reschedule your first appointment, please call 48 hours in advance.  You can reschedule your first appointment once. Refunds are not issued.

Late cancellation fees and missed appointment fees are not reimbursed by insurance companies.

Please note:

If you cancel twice with 24 hours notice within a period of 3 sessions, you will lose your weekly slot.

I'll offer you appointment times based on what's available at that time.

You will also have to pre-pay for all your sessions moving forward.
